Refund policy
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

with a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery charges (except for any additional costs arising from choosing a delivery method other than our standard delivery), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the date on which we receive your notification of withdrawal.
We will use the same payment method for the refund that you used in the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for this refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof of having sent them back – whichever occurs first.
You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of the withdrawal.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
